3-501.13 Thawing (Pf)- Observed a package of chicken being thawed in the 3-bay. Was sitting in water but did not have continuously running water. PIC stated they had just cut the water off for other uses. CDI- PIC started running water again. When thawing with water it should be a continuous flow and 70F or less. |
