.1312 (a) All institutions shall provide toilet, handwashing, and bathing facilities that are available for use by residents and staff. These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed several hand sinks need better cleaning around the drain, and faucets base. Keep clean. Observed slow draining at sink in CT room, need repair. |

Observed no posted hand wash signs in staff restroom 5th floor, and OR restrooms in the locker. Point remain the same at this time. |
