Conducted inspection with CPO Destiney Dawson. Pool heated but heater not currently operating. Intent to suspend issued for inoperable flow meter. Item must be corrected within 30 days or permit may be suspended. Call EHS Devon when corrected 7049981122. Const. Date: 5/10/2024 Rope Length: 30' No night swimming. Permit Restrictions: 1) Flow meter shall remain operable and valve locked in place to limit flow of pump at no greater than 138 gpm due to flow restriction of suction piping. 2) Handle at back gate must stay locked in place down so not to become a latching Mechanism.
