Observed a container of utensils stored in the back storage room with food debris on them. PIC stated that these utensils do not get used but she said she will have her employee wash, rinse, and sanitized them. 4-602.11 Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils - Frequency (P) Ice bins shall be cleaned as frequently as needed to avoid accumulation of soiled and algae. Observed dirt and algae on the deflector guard. PIC promptly cleaned the guard.

PIC labeled the containers and bags as she stated she opened them this morning while preparing for today.
