7-201.11 Separation - Storage (P) - Observed several bulk chemicals stored above scrub pads and toilet paper in the back dry storage shelf. POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS shall be stored so they cannot contaminate FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES by:
(A) Separating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS by spacing or partitioning; and
(B) Locating the POISONOUS OR TOXIC MATERIALS in an area that is not above FOOD, EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, and SINGLE-SERVICE or SINGLE-USE ARTICLES.

4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - Observed dish machine stated by PIC is currently down and has not been used in for a month and PIC was able to show invoice placed since 12/29. The sanitizer dispenser for the 3-comp sink has been leaking water since 1/2/26 as shown by work order placed in there system. EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. |
