General CommentsREHS and PIC verified calibration of thermometers in ice cup, PIC's was reading 33F, while REHS's was reading 32F. REHS sanitized thermometer probe and body with an alcohol wipe at the beginning and throughout the inspection.

The sanitizer dispenser for the 3-comp sink has been leaking water since 1/2/26 as shown by work order placed in there system. EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

NONFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
