Establish a date marking system consistent with 3-501.17 (A) or (B). Additional date marking system options are found in 3-501.17 (D). Observed open milk and half and half in the WIC and front reach in cooler not date marked. CDI PIC stated that it was opened yesterday and he provided date marked.
