General CommentsMFU currently has approval to operate under grill bill at Resident Culture (2101 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28205) and Matthew’s Social House (105 W Charles St). Per MFU social media, MFU has been operating at various other locations not currently approved. Cooking on the grill is the entirety of the business model for the MFU along with frying eggrolls. PIC stated fryer is occasionally set up under the tent next to the grill. This is not approved. Fryer must be maintained underneath hood on prep tables on MFU during use. EHS directed PIC to obtain additional approval for any extra operating locations within 30 days. Failure to obtain written approval from MCHD for additional operating sites to operate under the grill bill will result in permit action. Contact the environmental health main office at 980-314-1620 to request approval for additional operations locations. Ensure grill is cleaned daily. Inspection completed at commissary (Halal Mobile Kitchen).
