General CommentsFacility had experienced a power outage due to construction behind the establishment. PIC stated that the facility lost power four about an hour. EHS noticed that the tankless water heaters were not able to provide any hot water to the sinks. The Walk in cooler was still functioning and holding all TCS food items at 41F or below. EHS will return within 10 days for a verification of the hot water. The power outage also caused the register system to go down so the facility was not serving customers or cooking any food during inspection.
