Pf 4-601.11(A) Food-Contact Surfaces. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Guard on ice machine had a small amount of pink slime mold present. Cleaned during inspection. Needs to be cleaned more frequently to prevent build-up. |
