Brian Bido present during the inspection. Permit issued for no night swimming. Autofill not operable. Repair autofill. Pool builder suggested there may be something in the line. Recommend trying to clear the line of debris so operable. Do not fill the pool with a hose. Backwash pit not completely draining. Backwash pit shall drain when used. Permit Restriction: Flow meter shall remain operable with flow at 82 gpm to 120 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the number of returns - or - keep pump set at 3110 RPM.
