PERMIT RESTRICTION - INTELLIFLO PUMP REQUIRED LOCKED AT SPEED 3 AT 2350 RPM DUE TO PUMP ROOM RESTRICTIONS ON SIZING # OF RETURNS AND DRAIN COVER FLOW RESTRICTION. FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW SHALL READ 74 GPM.
