Inspection conducted with CPO Caleb. Gaps greater than 1/2” within 18” of the gate latch shall be corrected before next routine inspection. Several potential footholds present on outside of fence in grill area. These are not attached to the pool fence. Recommend moving footholds or extending fence height with a barrier. Shown to CPO and property manager. Requires 5% flow meter for 2026. PDSC form missing flow reduction - required for 2026.Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Pump flow must be at least 45 gpm for turnover and cannot exceed 98 gpm for filter limitation. Flow greater than 138 gpm for filtration exceeds the main drains. Suction Hazard Const.
