The drink nozzles were covered in microbial growth and residue. Clean nozzles with a brush and hot soapy water nightly to prevent a biofilm from forming. Pans and knife stored as clean were visibly soiled and had food debris on them. Clean items thoroughly before storing them.
CDI- The establishment washed rinsed and sanitized the nozzles. Dishes were cleaned.
4-602.11 (A) (4) Food contact surface of a thermometer shall be cleaned, and sanitized per 4-702.11/4-703.11, before using or storing. P.
Both thermometers were coated in food debris. Clean and sanitize the thermometer probe before and after each use.

The date marking for both products would have begun with them being opened 11/26 then held, (Day 1) 11/26, (Day 2) 11/27, (Day 3) 11/28, (Day 4) 11/29, (Day 5) 11/30, (Day 6) 12/01, and (Final Day) 12/02.
