3-302.11(A)(1) Separate raw animal foods from ready-to-eat foods and washed/unwashed fruits and vegetables. -P Observed one (1) tray with an unopened ROP side of beef held over unopened hot dogs in WIC. CDI - EHS reviewed storage order with PIC and changed altered storage order accordingly. REPEAT.
Note: No escalation due to improvement in storage conditions, fewer ready to eat foods were exposed to potential contamination and all food was stored within food safe containers.
