General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Dionisio Acevedo. Flow meter reading 150 GPM. Minimum turnover for pool is 142 GPM, design flow is 190 GMP. Pump set at 2440 RPM. Recommend adjusting pump to get closer to design flow. Maintenance gate doesn’t always latch. Maintain gate self-latching. Keep locked when not in use. Back gate can only be opened from the outside with a key fob. Fix gate so that push bar works. Inspection did not pass 5) 16) Will need to pay a $100 re-inspection fee prior to receiving re-inspection. Re-inspection scheduled for 12:30 PM on 6/9.
