General Comments

Inspection conducted with operator Danny. Intent to suspend issued for pool not maintaining minimum turnover flow. Pool is clear. Call EHS Devon when repaired 7049981122. Pool does not have night swimming approval. Pool cannot operate prior to dawn or after dusk. If night swimming is desired, a separate visit during dark hours is required. Permit restriction: Pump flow must be at least 103 gpm for turnover and cannot exceed 138 for pipe size limitations on main drain and skimmers. Flow meter must remain operational.
