Main drains covers expire January 1st 2030. Facility staff reports that they will be having the spa sign re-printed. Ensure that the sign has the correct required verbiage and that all of the letters on the sign are at least 1/2 inch in height. Permit restriction: Feature flow meter must remain operable. Flow for spa feature must not exceed 170gpm for VGB limitation of main drains. Suction Hazard. Flow was at 125 GPM during inspection.
