2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed the glass barrier to be missing a section next to the gate on the short side of the barrier. This creates a 2 inch gap in the barrier at that point. This must be corrected so that there are no gaps more than 1/2” in any direction. 30 Day I.T.S. Issued Expires 12/4/2025. |
