MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE 11/28/2029. OBSERVED RESIDENTS TO HAVE GLASS BOTTLES AND CONTAINERS ON THE POOL DECK. GLASS ON THE POOL DECK CAN BE HAZARDOUS. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. Permit Restriction: Maintain 6’ of clearance behind pergola posts. Pool barrier for balconies is the building all door to be self-closing self-latching. Doors that open to pool deck must remain accessible for verification. No chairs at clubhouse bar window.
