The bulk ice machine by the prep tables was observed with black and pink residue on the inside ledge that catches the ice. EHS recommended letting ice melt and cleaning.

Multiple scoops and a cup was observed with the handles touching the product in the flour and breading mix containers in the prep area. The PIC removed all scoops and cup and placed in dish area for washing. CDI

Upon entering the restaurant, EHS observed a cart that held unpackaged take out cups, bowls and trays without any kind of covering to help minimize potantial contamination. EHS recommended placing the cart behind the hostess area where customers aren't allowed. CDI

There is damage to the floors, walls, and ceiling throught the kitchen and all of the back rooms. Ceiling tile is missing in the storage room where the walk in cooler is and the baseboards throught the entire kitchen are also showing signs of damage. All areas need to be repaired and/or repainted.
