4-601.11(A) Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. -Pf. Observed several buckets with remaining date marking stickers and a pan with hair on it. CDI: the pan was taken to the sink for additional cleaning. REHS discussed the importance of fully removing stickers to ensure all containers are being properly washed, rinsed and sanitized. |

2-402.11 Use head coverings, beard guards and clothing to restrain body hair from contacting exposed food, equipment, and utensils. Upon arriving, owner was not wearing hair net but was outside of the kitchen. He put one on before entering. Older woman did not have any hair restraint on in the kitchen. Employees shall effectively contain hair to prevent contamination from occuring. |

REHS discussed having dumpster relocated to two of the unused concrete areas on the property with PIC, as well as possibly obtaining a variance for gravel for the dumpster to sit on. PIC stated he would contact GFL and speak with them about the new dumpster location. |
