Time/ temperature control for safety food shall be maintained hot at 135 F or above. CDI: All foods reheated above 165 F by 11:00 am and placed back on hot hold lines. |

Replace missing screw caps in floor of walk in cooler. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of good repair and condition. REPEAT. |
