4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) Observed torn gasket on low reach in cooler in drive thru, rusted rack in stand freezer and dish machine out of order. REHS was informed that dish machine was out of order at the start of inspection. Facility has not been using dish machine currently and is continuing to use three compartment sink until machine can be repaired on 6/25/2026. A) EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2.
(B) EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. |
