Clean the lower catch pan lines in the glass cold case and the lower cabinet interior lines under the cold case. Clean the interior cabinet lines along the counters. Clean the floor line in the walk in cooler and walk in freezer. Food accumulation observed along the flooring. Equipment surfaces are to be clean. |
