General Comments

Establishment is maintaining an appropriate level of ice to properly maintain temperatures for items stored on the cart, as well as keeping cart in a location to not block the only handsink in the kitchen area. Items were date marked/labeled in a very consistent manner and no violations were observed, EHS verified that when items are prepped a label containing the date is applied promptly. Items were stacked in the reach-in an manner that no cross contamination was observed and was very well organized.
