General Comments

Observed two hand washing sinks with clear chemical bottles installed each with different colors (greenish, yellowish) and no labels or instructions on the bottles. EHS observed evidence of bottles being used since bottles were half full. Chemicals were odorless and didn't seem to foam or clean hands. PIC and staff were not aware of chemicals. PIC stated they only use wall mounted foaming hand soap dispenser from ECOLAB. PIC discarded both bottles and chemicals.
