General Comments

Unannounced inspection. Permit expires on 11-13-2026. Food employee demonstrated good food safety knowledge. Food source: Sam's Club, Costco, Chris Drive In, Crossroads Grill, Walmart, Little Caesar's, Piggly Wiggly, Bojangles and Brookwood Farms. Time as a public health control used on for up to 4 hours. Cole slaw was removed from temperature control at 5:11PM and must be discarded or used by 9:11PM. Pepperoni and cheese pizza were removed from temperature control at 5:11PM. Pizza must be sold or discarded by 9:11PM. Bojangles chicken tenders were removed from time control at 5:11PM and will be used by 9:11PM. Bleach sanitizer 50 PPM in spray bottle.
