Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. CDI- Jalapeno mayo and chili lime mayo were voluntarily discarded by PIC. Shredded cheese was allowed to cool due to being at these temperatures for less than 2 hours. |

CDI- The manager has a work order in to fix this issue.
