General Comments

Gym concession stand has been cooking and preparing hot dogs for sell to the public at athletic events. The gym concession stand must be permitted and inspected by Wake County Environmental Health and Safety Division to be in compliance with state sanitation code in reference to the preparation and sell of food to the public. Until a permit and approval has been acquired from Wake County Environmental Health and Safety Plan Review Division all food preparation for sale to the public must cease and desist immediately.
