2-301.14 When to Wash (P) A teacher with a large yellow cup, came into the kitchen after kids went through the line. Teacher took the scoop to dip ice from ice machine without washing their hands or wearing a hair restraint. If teachers need ice, they can give the cup to an employee of the kitchen. Teachers that come in the kitchen past the serving line must place a hair restraints on then wash their hands before touching items in the kitchen. A fill in managers was working today, not the permanent manager. |
