4-501.11; Core; In the walk in freezer, icicles are forming below the piping from the ventilation unit. The source of the water for the ice/icicles needs to be repaired. PIC has moved the food away from the area and has stated tried multiple times to get someone to come and fix it but has not happened yet. |
