4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) the handles for the sliding doors on the meat display case are broken leaving jagged edges that are not smooth. All non food contact surfaces should be smooth and easy to clean. New doors have been ordered and are awaiting installation. Remodel is slated to begin in June of 2026. |
