4-501.19 Manual Warewashing Equipment, Wash Solution Temperature (Pf) 3-comp sink was only temping at 106F. The temperature of the wash solution in manual WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT shall be maintained at not less than 43oC (110oF) or the temperature specified on the cleaning agent manufacturer's label instructions.
Facility has 10 days to fix and maintain water temp at 110F. |
