P -EHS observed the prep cooler beside the freezer not holding food at proper temperature. Air temperature in unit was 46. Raw chicken and sour cream were the only TCS items stored in this cooler. PIC kept chicken and voluntarily discarded sour cream. Have unit repaired to hold products at a temperature of 41 or below. EHS will return within 3 days to verify that cooler has been repaired.

Use pesticides approved for use in commercial food service only. P -EHS observed a can of Hot Shot pest spray stored beside the 3 vat sink. This pesticide is labeled for household use only. Contact professional pest control company or use pesticide clearly labeled for commercial kitchen use. Can of Hot Shot was removed from facility during inspection.

Repair unit to maintain proper cold holding temperatures.
