During inspection the fresh mozzarella was found labeled to be discarded by 5/9/26 after being prepped/opened today. CDI by having PIC correct the labels to read for discard on 5/5/26 to reflect the 7 day date marking maximum. |

1 spray bottle observed used for sanitizer was formerly used for Windex. Sanitizing solutions may not be stored in or dispensed from containers previously used for other poisonous or toxic chemicals. CDI by PIC discarding the product and bottle as another bottle of sanitizer was available that was correctly stored and labeled. |
