General CommentsGreat improvements were noted compared to the previous inspection. Excellent handwashing procedures were observed. Repairs had been made. Proper food storage practices were being followed, and food was properly cooled. Facility will be holding eggs on TPHC. TPHC was emailed to the listed address. Thermometers calibration checked in ice bath;32F EHS cleaned and sanitized thermometer at start and throughout the inspection
