Floor and ceiling seams of walk-in cooler found bowed and dripping. Floor panels of walk-in freezer warped. Work order already made on previous inspection. Multiple items in various locations in kitchen are rusting. Workorder already made per manager. Replace rusty shelving units in walk-in, reachin in fridge and in some attachments on exterior of walk-in cooler all exhibiting rust. Coating cracking and peeling off of shelving in sliding door top ice cream freezer. Metal facing on exterior of walk-in cooler deteriorating near floor on either side of door. Microwave extremely damaged on the inside. Equipment is to be in good repair.

Walls are to be in good repair. Work order already made. Repair and detailed cleaning to be done during the summer per manager. Floors, walls and ceilings are to be in good repair and clean. |
