Repair the ceiling in the dish room with peeling paint and microbial growth observed. Paint walls where needed along the office window surfaces. Slight rusting observed along wall edges. The PIC advised. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.

Clean the vent filter covers and light fixtures with dust build-up. Clean the ceiling tile with dust build-up. Clean the physical facility light fixtures, vent filter covers and areas with dust build -up. |
