Clean the floors behind equipment and along wall edges. Clean the lower wall border trim surfaces and base trim. Build-up observed along surfaces. Clean surfaces along floor lines and wall edges. Cleaning needed along the cook line, behind the freezer, under sink lines and the backside of the cook line. Clean under the cook line along walls and floors. Regrout floors where cracks and worn areas are observed in the lobby area and kitchen. Repair walls and ceiling in the rear storage room and back restroom including the halls. Slight budging observed along the wall borders, ceiling and frp. FRP is budging inside the restrooms. Old water damage observed in the ceiling in the restroom and storage room. Replace soiled tile and repair. Clean the vent filter covers. Repair and clean wall border along the hall walls and inside the restroom. Low areas observed along the wall borders. Clean the floors behind all equipment and at the window line opposite the breading station. Clean frp wall panel where discolored and splatter is observed. Clean where debris, build-up and trash are along walls and corners. Replace cracked or worn ceiling tile and discolored tile in the storage area and where observed. Clean floors/walls around the ice machine in the back storage areas as well as the back hall around the restrooms. Clean wall borders and edges throughout the kitchen. Clean the frp where needed and re-caulk wall borders and corners in the restroom/hall line where observed cracking is. Clean the floors in the restroom. Clean the wall border trim along the halls in the rear. Floors, walls and ceiling are to be in good repair and clean. Repair the walls in the restroom, storage, back room and flooring.
