OBSERVED ALL CLOSURE ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS INSPECTION CORRECTED. CHLORINE WAS 4.0, pH WAS 7.6, CHLORINATION SYSTEM WAS CORRECTED. LOG BOOK WAS CORRECTED. FLOW METER WAS CORRECTED. SPA SIGN WAS REPLACED, BUT SPA SIGN HAS LETTERS THAT ARE LESS THAN 1/2 INCH HIGH AS REQUIRED AND DOES NOT HAVE THE PROPER WORDING AND SPELLING OF ALL THE LANGUAGE AS REQUIRED. POOL MY REOPEN, BUT WILL BE GIVEN A 30 DAY INTENT TO SUSPEND TO CORRECT THE SPA SIGN. DEADLINE IS 12/17/2025. FAILURE TO CORRECT THE SPA SIGN BY THAT DATE MAY RESULT IN CLOSURE OF THE SPA UNTIL IT IS CORRECTED. SPA MAY REOPEN AND OPERATE FOR THE 30 DAY PERIOD. POOL MOVED TO “W” STATUS. MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE 8/31/2029. ENSURE THAT THEY CAN BE CHECKED EVERY DAY AND CLEANED AS NEEDED EVEN THOUGH SOME OF THE COVERS ARE UNDER THE ROCKS.
