5-205.11 Maintain access to hand sinks. Hand sinks may only be used for handwashing. Pf upon entering unit the hand sink was full of items. When asked the owner stated they had been set up for 1 hour already. Items had to be removed and soap and towels had to be placed out for hand-sink. REHS talked about making sure the hand sink is always ready to use. CDI |
