Quaternary sanitizer made up in three compartment sink had a concentration of 150ppm and a temperature of 52F, instructions on sanitizer label stated that concentration shall be between 200ppm-400ppm. Test strips were present on the counter from where the employee had tested the concentration previously.
Quaternary ammonium compound solution shall: have a minimum temperature of 75F and have a concentration as indicated by the manufacturer's use directions included in the labeling.
CDI - Sanitizer was re-made and had a concentration of 200ppm and a temperature above 75F. |
