General Comments

Cafeteria manager made aware that the cafeteria is included in the Pre-k childcare inspection, therefore all chemicals *other than* sanitizers, disinfectants, and chemicals connected to equipment (3-compartment sink) are required to be locked. Chemicals such as spray bottles of sanitizer, hand sanitizer, etc. are required to be 5ft or above. Items such as degreaser, bulk soaps, bulk sanitizer refills, etc. are included in the chemicals that are required to be locked. This is a 6- point demerit item, which would cause an automatic provisional for the childcare if chemical storage is out of compliance.
