7-201.11 Separation - Storage (P): One spray bottle of chemical sanitizer being stored on top of prep table above sugar bins at back prep sinks. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they can not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and Single-Use articles by separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning, and locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food. CDI: Sanitizer bottle was moved to bottom shelf of nearby prep table below any foods or other items listed. All other poisonous or toxic materials throughout establishment were properly stored at time of inspection. |
