.2528(a) Maintain 2" or less under fence (post-May 2010).There was a space of 5 inches between the ground and the bottom of the pool fence by the middle far side of the fence to the right and left of the egress gate.
.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. Men's restroom window opened greater than 4 inches and was corrected during the inspection by the CPO who placed screws so it could only be opened a few inches. |
