General Comments

Pool permit valid from 4/23/26 to 10/31/26. No night swimming! 104,141gal; 289gpm min turnover flowrate. To meet fixture count for restroom facilities, restrooms in clubhouse in addition to pool house restroom, must be accessible to pool patrons and are subject to inspection and compliance. Grill area may not be used when pool permit expires unless divider fence/gate is corrected to remove any footholds less than 45 inches. Fence partition that was placed for clubhouse to use deck area during off season is being removed once permit is issued. All windows have 4" spacers. Doors that enter into pool deck are self-closing and latching. NOTE: VGB field verification was completed today. 310 GPM/ 2 (2 FILTRATION PUMPS, EACH FILTRATION PUMP ON ONE UNBLOCKABLE MAIN DRAIN) = 155 GPM PER DRAIN COVER WHICH IS LOWER THAN MAX GPM FOR DRAIN COVERS.

Parts of the fence on left side of pool near clubhouse fence had gaps appx 4". Repair. .2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. The bather entrance gate closest to the club house was slow to close. The CPO repaired it to close and latch easily after being used. NOTE: Left entrance gate is self-closing, self latching to meet our rules; however the push bar is hard to press open from the inside of the pool causing potential egress issue (fire code). CPO has called to have it repaired. CPO is having this gate locked and bathers will use the working right entrance gate until repaired.
