General CommentsNo night swimming allowed. 90,000 gallons. Pool operation permit valid from 4/23/26 to 10/31/26. VGB forms verified on site with equipment and drain covers. Flow meter was 225 GPM for feature pump and 300 GPM for filtration, operating within drain cover requirements. All doors self closing/latching onto pool deck including bathroom doors.

Left gate had gap at 3.5". CPO repaired to 2" gap under gate. .2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. Both pedestrian gates did not completely close when opened. CPO repaired to self-close and latch during inspection.
17 4 Premises: decks unobstructed, properly drained, free of trip hazards No No No .2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Offset in concrete greater than 1/2" under middle handrail into pool. CPO repaired with caulk during inspection. Cracks in concrete beginning to form at beach entry. Cracks are not quite at 1/2", repair by next season.
22 6 Premises: emergency telephone provided No No No .2530(f) Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone. Street address for pool was not written completely. CPO wrote address correctly as told from 911. Was missing "WAY" on street address.
