.2521 One of three ladders that is located at the far corner of the pool is not secure against the pool wall. There is approximately a two inch gap between the ladder and pool wall. Install ladders per manufacturer instructions. Adjust the ladder so that it fits securely against the pool wall. |

By the gate at the back right corner of pool, there are steps that lead up to gate/fence. Here the hand rail of walkway poses a foothold that is > 30" shielded to top of fence but < 45".
.2537(b) All gates shall be self-closing, self-latching. Gate to the left of the main entrance does not latch and remains chain locked. . . Gate to the right of the main entrance is chain locked and cannot be opened during today's inspection. Assure all gates are self-closing and self-latching. Gates should be removed and replaced with fencing if they cannot be brought into compliance. Gates on both sides of the main entrance shall remain locked. |

.2530(c) Sign at the entrance has been modified to add: "Ages 13 and under". Requirement is to provide "Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision." in 1" lettering. CPO Sarah cleaned the sign today to remove from the statement this applies to ages 13 and under. |
