General Comments-Cyanuric acid levels are now to be recorded at least weekly and may not exceed 100 ppm. -There is a grill located on the pool deck; amenities located on the pool deck may only be used during pool season, after a permit has been issued.

15 6 Premises: body hook and ring buoy with throw rope or lifeguard with rescue tube provided and properly located No No No .2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. The ring buoy rope was too long during inspection. The rope should be 37.5' long; The widest part of the pool was measured at 24.75', from the left inner corner to the curved wall across the pool. Rope was adjusted during inspection, CDI. .2530(a) Pole for body hook must be non-telescoping, non-adjustable, and non-collapsible. The area the hook attached to the body hook pole was adjustable; the adjustable mechanism was disabled during inspection, CDI.
17 4 Premises: decks unobstructed, properly drained, free of trip hazards No No No .2512(c) Over the rim fill spout shall be located under the diving board or within six inches of a ladder or handrail. The fill spout was greater than 6" away from the ladder.
18 4 Premises: lifeguards present or warning signs posted No No No .2530(c) All pool signage shall be visible upon entrance to the pool and permanently affixed. There was only 1 pool rules sign posted at the left gate (from the office) which is the more commonly used gate but the signage needs to be visible upon entrance from any entrance. Additional signage was added at the right side gate.
25 2 Equipment room: equipment and chemicals kept in a dry, well-ventilated enclosure No No No .2534(5) Chemicals shall be stored as to prevent a reaction and permit for easy clean-up. There were several bags of chemicals stored on the floor of the chemical room; remove bags from floor and/or provide storage that facilitates easy clean-up.
