General Comments

No Night Swimming. Wake County recommends hyper-chlorinating the pool 2x per month and accurately recording on the CPO records. Currently the only gym access is through the pool deck. To extend gym access this way throughout the off season a year-round permit would need to be applied for.

Cleared during inspection. There are two places with footholds less than 35" (pre-2010) an electrical box and an HVAC system allow footholds on the fence line closest to the parking lot. They appear to have been this way since fence was built, points taken and permit issued. These footholds should be fixed as soon as possible.
